This page explains shipping, cancellation, return, refund, and damaged-item handling for ReptiBlep orders.

Shipping destinations and cost

ReptiBlep ships small decorative habitat accessories to major destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, selected mainland European countries, Australia, and New Zealand where service is available.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Orders of $69 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping where service is available.

Canceling an order

Email service@reptiblep.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Return window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you need to return an eligible item. Returned items should be unused, clean, and in resellable condition unless the issue is damage, defect, or a wrong item.

How to request a return

  1. Email service@reptiblep.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Pack the item securely and include any requested order information.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank, but we normally process approved refunds within 10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or wrong item, or unless applicable law gives you additional rights.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, product, and shipping label. We will review the case and help with replacement, refund, or return instructions where appropriate.

EU right of withdrawal

EU customers may use the EU Withdrawal page to submit a withdrawal request for eligible distance contracts. This does not remove any additional rights you may have under applicable law.

We do not ask customers to return items before receiving return instructions from ReptiBlep support.
