ReptiBlep ships small decorative habitat accessories to major destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, selected mainland European countries, Australia, and New Zealand. Free shipping is available on orders of $69 USD or more.
Shipping cost
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on destination and order value. Orders over $69 USD qualify for free standard shipping where service is available.
Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on destination, customs processing, and local carrier handoff.
Canceling an order
Email service@reptiblep.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order.” We can only cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process if the item is eligible.
Address changes
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before processing or carrier handoff. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
Returns
If you need to return an eligible item, contact service@reptiblep.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos when relevant. Items should be unused, clean, and in resellable condition unless the issue is damage or an incorrect item.
Damaged or wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, product, and label. We will review the case and help with replacement, refund, or return instructions where appropriate.
