- Do you sell live animals or plants? No. ReptiBlep sells decorative habitat accessories only.
- Are these health products? No. Our items are not medical products, supplements, heating equipment, or behavior-care products.
- Will a piece fit every reptile? No. Please check product dimensions, opening size, and your enclosure layout before ordering.
- What if my item arrives damaged? Email photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 7 days of delivery.
- Can I change my address? Contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order enters fulfillment.
